STEP 2 - Cook the pasta Prepare a saucepan of boiling water and season with salt. Make a russian salad. Boil water and add: peel and chop 1 potato, 1 carrot and add fresh peas, after that when it is cold mix it with mayonnaise. Render 4 slices of bacon. Fry 2 eggs. Grill 2 beefs and add salt to taste. Fry 2 potatoes. Prepare a salad: cut lettuce and chop tomatoes. Prepare in 2 big plates: serve a beef and put on top of each beef: jam, cheese, bacon and egg and then put next to the russian salad, fried potatoes and mixed salad. This is a very easy and very fast cook. In approximately 20 minutes you'll enjoy a delicious dish.
TO MAKE Step1-to boil the orange with skin in a stew with water during 15minutes. step2- to beat the orange, with the eggs and add the almound,the sugar and the yeast. step3-to spread an cake pan with a few the butter and add all the ingredients. step4-turn on the oven 180º and introduce the cake pan during 40m.
Ingredients: 3 eggs, 1 mug of baking powder, 2 mugs of flour, 2 small carrots, aa few of nuts, a pitch of salt, 1 mug of sugar and a pitch of cinnamon.
Directions:
Put the eggs into a bowl and wisk them. Then, season with salt and cinnamon and add the grated carrots and the crushed nuts. In the other bowl mix the flour and the baking powder. Stir slowly them with a woodenspoon. Add the last mixture and stir throughly. Heat up the oven to 180º, put the mixture into a cake pan and bake it into the oven for 45 minutes. Before serving put the cake on a plate and powder it with cinnamon.
To make recipe we use a Pan big, enough for all the ingredients we use.
The ingredients used in this recipe are:
- 1 Kg Chicken cut into small pieces. - 2 Carrots - 1 Potato - 1 Leek - 1-2 stalks celery - 125 grams of pasta noodle soup - salt - parsley - 4 eggs.
Proceed to wash the Chicken and vegetables, then Chop, Peel and Slice Vegetables. Add Chicken and Vegetables Reeled and Chopped into the pan in about 2 Liters of Water and let it simmer about 1 hour.
After this time remove the vegetables to crush using a large spoon. Once mashed, add them again with noodle pasta,4 eggs a teaspoon of salt, parsley to garnishand simmer about 10 minutes more.
Serve hot, squeeze half a lemon and enjoy It, If you like can add bay leaves and cumin.
RECOMMENDATIONS:

RICE WITH TURKEY Ingredients: - 250 gr. of rice - 300gr. of turkey - three eggs - oil -salt
Put oil into the saucepan and wait until it warms up. Add a glass of rice and a little salt, and stir them. Add two glasses of water without stopping to stir. Let it stew during 20 minutes. Beat the eggs and put it into a frying pan with a little oil. Cut the turkey in pieces and fry it. Mix it everything. Ready to serve! Enjoy it!
BEAN SOUP Prep: 30 min.Cook: about 1 hour.Soak: few hours
Ingredients: 200g. beans 1 carrot 1 tomato 1 red pepper 1 onion 1 tablespoon of mint 1 tablespoon of savory 4-5 tablespoons of sunflower oil paprika and salt according to your preferences Directions: 1. Soak the beans in cold water and leave it to grow in size. Remove the water after a few hours. 2. Fine chop the onion. 3. Chop the carrots in cubes. 4. Chop the tomatoes as well. 5. Put the beans to boil with the onion. 6. Add the carrots. 7. Add a dried or a fresh pepper. 8. Finally add the tomatoes. 9. Spice with salt, savory and mint. 10.Add some sunflower oil. 11.Dust with fine chopped parsley. 12.Stir and leave the pot to boil for at least an hour, until the beans become soft. In order to make the bean soup delicious, it is very important that the beans is good, not too old, and to stay preliminarily in water for a few hours, and then water must be removed. If cooking for two,freeze serving- size portions to enjoy later.
Utensils: - Glass or clay platter/ casserole ( Aproximately 22 cm diametre and 8 cm high. ) - Knife.
Pre-heat the oven 300º C.
Steps:
STEP ONE. Spread some butter on a glass or clay platter /casserole ( Aproximately 22 cm diametre and 8 cm high. )
STEP TWO. Slice the potatoes and the onions. Chop drained anchovies.
STEP THREE. First, cover platter/ casserole surface with a sheet of sliced potatoes. Second, cover potatoes sheet with another sheet of onions. Third, put a few chopped anchovies on the top. Finally, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Repeat this sequence until filling the platter/ casserole.
STEP FOUR. Add cookin cream covering it all.
STEP FIVE. Bake it sixty minutes to 200º C. Turn off the oven and let it rest ten minutes inside the oven.

-Preparation:
Steap 1
Put a saucepan on the stove with of olive oil and heat.
Steap 2
Add the garlic,the onion and the pepper and saute.
Steap 3
Add the spinach with the cheese and the cumin,mix and add salt and pepper. Let it cool.

In a bowl,separate the eggs whites from the eggs yolks,beat the whiles and mix them with the vegetables.
Steap 5
Put the mixture in a baking dish and cover with the yolk.
STEP 1.- The ingredients to serve four people - 500 gram of squid diced - 500 gram of Bomba rice - 4tbsp. olive oil - 4 grated tomatoes - 1 green pepper and 1 red pepper (both chopped) - garlic - salt - 2 tbsp persley chopped - a half liter of fish broth - squid ink
We also need the following utensils: - a saucepan - a wooden spoon - a ladle - a paella pan
STEP 2.- RENDER THE SQUID In to a warmed paella pan add 3 tbsp of olive oil, then add the squid diced. Stir and let it render a few minutes. To render to change golden and place on the ends of the paella pan, then turn the heat down.
STEP 3.- SAUTE THE REST OF INGREDIENTS Add 1 tbsp of olive oil, then add the green and red pepper and let it saute a few minutes, then add the garlic and the tomatoes, stirring with the wooden spoon until golden and then mix with the squid.
STEP 4.- PREPARED THE SQUID INK Meanwhile, mix a glass of fish broth and squid ink and resreved.
STEP 5.- COOK THE RICE Add into the paella pan the reice with ladle and to count the number of ladle of rice you put into the paella pan. Stir well all ingredientes together, then add the squid ink and the fish broth. Pay attention!! add three ladle of fish broth by one of rice.
STEP 6.- TIME OF HEAT To cook hight heat two minutes and then turn the heat down roughly 18 minutes, season with salt and pepper before end, then turn the heat off, finally add all persley chopped and wait 5 minutes to eat.
STEP 7.- SERVE Use a wooden spoon to put a generous helping on to each plate.

- 1 cup of coffee - 2 eggs white - 4 eggs yolk - 1 cup of sugar - 400 gr. mascarpone cheese - 200 gr. sponge fingers - 200 gr. grated chocolate
STEP 1 Prepare coffee and leave it to cool.
STEP 2 Whip in a bowl the eggs white and be sure you always stir in the same direction.
STEP 3 In other bowl whip the eggs yolk mixed with the sugar. Add the mascarpone little by little and continue beating.
STEP 4 Now add to this second bowl the eggs white and mix them.
STEP 5 In a recipient you choose for serving, place a layer of sponge fingers previously brushed with the coffee you prepared in SETP 1. Add a layer of mascarpone cream.

- Prepare a pan of olive oil, and brown the chicken thighs. When the chicken thighs are ready, place them into a saucepan. - With the same oil used before, brown the cloves of garlic and the pealed almonds too. And place this mixture into a plate. - Then stir fry the bunch of parsley, using the same oil. - Place the mixture of garlic, almonds and parsley into the blender. Add the 3 black peppercorns and the egg yolk, and combine it all together. - Place the final mixture into a pan (use always the same oil), stir fry it for a few minutes, and pour in the chicken thighs saucepan. - Add the glass of white wine and boil all together as necessary time as you consider. But do not overheat it.

1- Cut cucumber, boiled potatoand tomato into thin pieces
2- Now take a bowl,add boiled macaroni and vegetables pieces
3- In another bowl mix well lemon juice , black pepper, salt, crushed garlic and olive oil

5- Take out in a serving dish and garnished with lettuce leaves and serve
2 KGS. boneless beef, cut into 2 cms. cubes. salt and pepper, to taste. 1 onion, chopped. 1 leeks, chopped and well rinsed (use the white part and 2 cms. of the green. 2 carrots, peeled and cut into 1 cm. cubes. 2 tablespoons of tomato past. 200 grs. peas. 2 cups red wine. 2 cups olive oil. PREP WORK Lot's of prep work so get busy and do it before you even think of starting this recipe. The more you prep before starting the actual cooking.The easier everything else goes. Nothing is worse than starting a recipe and having to stop everything to peel and chop an onion. Start by cutting the beef into 2 cms. cubes. Next chop the onions. The leeks must be well rinsed before using so you can wash them first and then chop or chop and wash. When chopping, use all the white part and about 2 cms. of the green. Peel the carrots and cut them into 1 cm cubes. Have you beef stock and red wine ready to go. Prepare the onions by boiling them for 5 minutes in olive oil. Bake Tune for 4 people Ingredients -A back of tune (approximately 500 gr). You can ask in the market fresh back of tune -Canary red sauce. If you want you could prepare it. Ingredients -1 garlic -A small red chilli pepper -Oil ( 100 ml) -Vinegar (30 ml) -Salt -Comino -Paprika Utensils -Knife -Baking dish -cutting board -mortar -spoon -Aluminium
Step 1. Make the sauce -Chop the garlic and put into the mortar with one spoon of comino and two spoon of salt. Crush to obtain a dough. Add the chilli and crush gently. Add oil and vinegar while you be crush. Combine it well and at the end add two spoon the paprika and mix.
Step 2.Prepare the tune -Put the tune in the baking dish and smear with the sauce.Let to rest during 2 or 3 hours.
Step 3. Pre-heat the oven -Turn on the oven at 200 ºC during ten minutes. While wrap the tune with aluminium
Step 4.Bake the tune -Bake the tune at 180ºC during 20 minutes
Step 5.Serve the tune -Slice the tune and serve with boil potatoes and salad

How to make it.:
Put the oil and cook the garlic in a saucepan, add the chicken and season it. Fry for a few minutes then add the apples and the white wine or the appleltiser. Place the lid and let it simmer ten or fifteen minutes and it´s ready to eat it with diced fryed potatos.

8 Add water , salt, vinegar or oil if it is neccesary

For two persons
3 potatoes

Make a russian salad. Boil water and add: peel and chop 1 potato, 1 carrot and add fresh peas, after that when it is cold mix it with mayonnaise.
Render 4 slices of bacon.
Fry 2 eggs.
Grill 2 beefs and add salt to taste.
Fry 2 potatoes.
Prepare a salad: cut lettuce and chop tomatoes.
Prepare in 2 big plates: serve a beef and put on top of each beef: jam, cheese, bacon and egg and then put next to the russian salad, fried potatoes and mixed salad.
This is a very easy and very fast cook.

SPANISH OMELETTE
Ingredients for two diners:
-Four large potatoes diced
-An onion diced
-Five fresh eggs
-Salt, oil and parsley
STEP 1:
Peel and chop the large potatoes diced, add salt to taste, fry it on the frying pan with hot oil for about ten minutes and set apart.
STEP 2:
Chop an onion diced in the cutting board, simmer an onion on the other frying pan for about five minutes and set apart.
STEP 3:
Beat the eggs on the mixing bowl with whisk and add salt to taste.
STEP 4:
Combine the large potatoes diced and the onion diced on the mixing bowl with the eggs and blend all with a fork.
STEP 5:
Toss the mix on the large potatoe´ frying pan and simmer for seven minutes then turn the omelette with a plate and simmer for seven minutes.
STEP 6:
Serve Spanish omelette with sprig of parsley.

CARROTS AND NUTS CAKE
Ingredients: 3 eggs, 1 mug of baking powder, 2 mugs of flour, 2 small carrots, aa few of nuts, a pitch of salt, 1 mug of sugar and a pitch of cinnamon.
Directions:
Put the eggs into a bowl and wisk them. Then, season with salt and cinnamon and add the grated carrots and the crushed nuts.
In the other bowl mix the flour and the baking powder. Stir slowly them with a woodenspoon. Add the last mixture and stir throughly.
Heat up the oven to 180º, put the mixture into a cake pan and bake it into the oven for 45 minutes.
Before serving put the cake on a plate and powder it with cinnamon.

Chicken Soup Recipe Homemade Zombie
This recipe is for 4 people approx.
To make recipe we use a Pan big, enough for all the ingredients we use.
The ingredients used in this recipe are:
- 1 Kg Chicken cut into small pieces.
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Potato
- 1 Leek
- 1-2 stalks celery
- 125 grams of pasta noodle soup
- salt
- parsley
- 4 eggs.
Proceed to wash the Chicken and vegetables, then Chop, Peel and Slice Vegetables. Add Chicken and Vegetables Reeled and Chopped into the pan in about 2 Liters of Water and let it simmer about 1 hour.
After this time remove the vegetables to crush using a large spoon. Once mashed, add them again with noodle pasta,4 eggs a teaspoon of salt, parsley to garnishand simmer about 10 minutes more.
Serve hot, squeeze half a lemon and enjoy It, If you like can add bay leaves and cumin.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
- Peeling away the fat that floats while boiling the chicken and vegetables.
- If you don't want to shred the vegetables you can serve with your fried Bread.

Ingredients:
- Pasta lasagna
- 2 onions
- 1 red pepper
- 1 garlic
- 2 carrots
- 1 courgette
- 1 aubergine
- tomato sauce
- olive oil

- parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
STEP 1:
Boil the pasta into the saucepan with salt and olive oil.
STEP2:
Prepare the vegetables. Chop the onions, red pepper, garlic, carrots, courgette, aubergine in little slices.
STEP 3:
Put the previous ingredients in a frying pan and stir fry with a little of olive oil and salt and pepper. Then mix these ingedients with the tomato sauce.
STEP 4:
Put into the baking dish three layers of pasta and two of vegetables. Then covered with cream and parmesan cheese.
STEP 5:
Put the baking dish into the oven and cook during to 30 minutes to 180 degrees approximately.

RICE WITH TURKEY
Ingredients:
- 250 gr. of rice
- 300gr. of turkey
- three eggs
- oil
-salt
Put oil into the saucepan and wait until it warms up.
Add a glass of rice and a little salt, and stir them.
Add two glasses of water without stopping to stir.
Let it stew during 20 minutes.
Beat the eggs and put it into a frying pan with a little oil.
Cut the turkey in pieces and fry it.
Mix it everything.

BEAN SOUP
Prep: 30 min.Cook: about 1 hour.Soak: few hours
Ingredients:
200g. beans
1 carrot
1 tomato
1 red pepper
1 onion
1 tablespoon of mint
1 tablespoon of savory
4-5 tablespoons of sunflower oil
paprika and salt according to your preferences
Directions:
1. Soak the beans in cold water and leave it to grow in size. Remove the water after a few hours.
2. Fine chop the onion.
3. Chop the carrots in cubes.
4. Chop the tomatoes as well.
5. Put the beans to boil with the onion.
6. Add the carrots.
7. Add a dried or a fresh pepper.
8. Finally add the tomatoes.
9. Spice with salt, savory and mint.
10.Add some sunflower oil.
11.Dust with fine chopped parsley.
12.Stir and leave the pot to boil for at least an hour, until the beans become soft.
In order to make the bean soup delicious, it is very important that the beans is good, not too old, and to stay preliminarily in water for a few hours, and then water must be removed.
If cooking for two,freeze serving- size portions to enjoy later.
TEMPTATION OF ANCHOVIES
( 4 – 5 servings. )
Ingredients:
- Butter.
- 8 potatoes sliced.
- 2 Onios sliced.
- Salt.
- Freshly ground black pepper.
- Tinned anchovies chopped ( 75 gr.).
- Caned cooking cream ( 300 ml.).
Utensils:
- Glass or clay platter/ casserole ( Aproximately 22 cm diametre and 8 cm high. )
- Knife.
Pre-heat the oven 300º C.
Steps:
STEP ONE. Spread some butter on a glass or clay platter /casserole ( Aproximately 22 cm diametre and 8 cm high. )
STEP TWO. Slice the potatoes and the onions. Chop drained anchovies.
STEP THREE. First, cover platter/ casserole surface with a sheet of sliced potatoes. Second, cover potatoes sheet with another sheet of onions. Third, put a few chopped anchovies on the top. Finally, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Repeat this sequence until filling the platter/ casserole.
STEP FOUR. Add cookin cream covering it all.
STEP FIVE. Bake it sixty minutes to 200º C. Turn off the oven and let it rest ten minutes inside the oven.
Sit temptation of anchovies about fifteen minutes before serving, it is perfect to garnish meat.

200 g of sliced onion
200 g of sliced pepper
4 cloves of garlic,sliced
1 dl olive oil
200 g of cheese
400 g of spinach (steamed)

Put a saucepan on the stove with of olive oil and heat.

Recipe: SWEET RICE SOUP (FOR 4 PEOPLE)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of round rice grain.
- 4 cups of milk.
- 250 g of sugar.
- 1 lemon rind.
- Cinnamon.
- Water.
Utensils:
- 1 saucepan.
- 1 wooden spoon.
- 4 glasses or bowls.
Preparation:
STEP 1. Cook the rice in a saucepan with enough water to cover the rice and until it evaporates.
STEP 2. Next add on the rice the hot milk, the lemon rind and let it simmer for 20 minutes on a low heat, while stirring frequently.
STEP 3. Add sugar, remove from the heat and continue stirring the dessert.
STEP 4. Remove the lemon rind and pour the sweet soup into glasses or bowls.
STEP 5. Let the rice cool down and keep it in the fridge to serve this sweet rice soup cold.
Finally, enjoy it!
BLACK RICE WITH SQUID
STEP 1.- The ingredients to serve four people
- 500 gram of squid diced
- 500 gram of Bomba rice
- 4tbsp. olive oil
- 4 grated tomatoes
- 1 green pepper and 1 red pepper (both chopped)
- garlic
- salt
- 2 tbsp persley chopped
- a half liter of fish broth
- squid ink
We also need the following utensils:
- a saucepan
- a wooden spoon
- a ladle
- a paella pan
STEP 2.- RENDER THE SQUID
In to a warmed paella pan add 3 tbsp of olive oil, then add the squid diced. Stir and let it render a few minutes. To render to change golden and place on the ends of the paella pan, then turn the heat down.
STEP 3.- SAUTE THE REST OF INGREDIENTS
Add 1 tbsp of olive oil, then add the green and red pepper and let it saute a few minutes, then add the garlic and the tomatoes, stirring with the wooden spoon until golden and then mix with the squid.
STEP 4.- PREPARED THE SQUID INK
Meanwhile, mix a glass of fish broth and squid ink and resreved.
STEP 5.- COOK THE RICE
Add into the paella pan the reice with ladle and to count the number of ladle of rice you put into the paella pan. Stir well all ingredientes together, then add the squid ink and the fish broth. Pay attention!! add three ladle of fish broth by one of rice.
STEP 6.- TIME OF HEAT
To cook hight heat two minutes and then turn the heat down roughly 18 minutes, season with salt and pepper before end, then turn the heat off, finally add all persley chopped and wait 5 minutes to eat.
STEP 7.- SERVE
Use a wooden spoon to put a generous helping on to each plate.
Hope you like and don´t forget served with a extracold beer or with a glass of Lanzarote white wine.

DI CAPRI0'S TIRAMISU
Ingredients for 6 people:
- 1 cup of coffee
- 2 eggs white
- 4 eggs yolk
- 1 cup of sugar
- 400 gr. mascarpone cheese
- 200 gr. sponge fingers
- 200 gr. grated chocolate
STEP 1
Prepare coffee and leave it to cool.
STEP 2
Whip in a bowl the eggs white and be sure you always stir in the same direction.
STEP 3
In other bowl whip the eggs yolk mixed with the sugar. Add the mascarpone little by little and continue beating.
STEP 4
Now add to this second bowl the eggs white and mix them.
STEP 5
In a recipient you choose for serving, place a layer of sponge fingers previously brushed with the coffee you prepared in SETP 1.
Add a layer of mascarpone cream.
STEP 6
I'm sorry, we were on STEP 6...
STEP 6
Add again another layer of sponge fingers and the last of mascarpone cream. Finally sieve grated chocholate.
RECOMMENDATIONS
It's better if you prepare this dessert the day before and it would be perfect with a glass of Amaretto.

Chicken with Curry:
This recipe is for 4 persons.
Ingredients:
- Oil, salt and pepper
- 500g chicken breast
- 2 yoghurt
- Curry
Utensils:
- Saucepan
- Wooden spoon

- Mixing bowl
- Knife
Steps:
1.Cut the chicken strips. Season with salt and pepper.
2.Put and heat the oil into the saucepan to maximum temperature in the cooktop.
3.Once the oil is hot, put the chicken breast into the saucepan, and cook it until the chicken gets a golden color.
4.Combine the yoghurt with the curry in the bowl.
5.Drain the oil of the saucepan and add the combine to the chicken. Cook on a low flame. When the combine is thicken and the chicken breast taste of curry, you have finished.

Roast lamb with potatoes
Ingredients (5-6 people)
- 2 Lamb legs
- 10 large potatoes
- Butter
- Oregano
- Ground cumin
- Salt
Salt to taste the lamb legs and cut potatoes into slices of 0.5 cm, put it all into a baking tray previously spreaded with butter, sprinkle over the meat and potatoes oregano and cumin, cook in the oven at 180 ºC for 35 minutes and go.

Chicken in moorish sauce (4 servings)
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 200 grams of pealed almonds
- 1 boiled egg yolk
- A bunch of parsley
- A few cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 3 Black peppercorns
- 1 avecren
- A glass of white wine
Utensils
- Saucepan
- Pan
- Knife
- Wooden spoon
- Slotted spoon
- Blender
Preparation
- Prepare a pan of olive oil, and brown the chicken thighs. When the chicken thighs are ready, place them into a saucepan.
- With the same oil used before, brown the cloves of garlic and the pealed almonds too. And place this mixture into a plate.
- Then stir fry the bunch of parsley, using the same oil.
- Place the mixture of garlic, almonds and parsley into the blender. Add the 3 black peppercorns and the egg yolk, and combine it all together.
- Place the final mixture into a pan (use always the same oil), stir fry it for a few minutes, and pour in the chicken thighs saucepan.
- Add the glass of white wine and boil all together as necessary time as you consider. But do not overheat it.

BEEF STEW RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
FOR 6 PEOPLE
2 KGS. boneless beef, cut into 2 cms. cubes.
salt and pepper, to taste.
1 onion, chopped.
1 leeks, chopped and well rinsed (use the white part and 2 cms. of the green.
2 carrots, peeled and cut into 1 cm. cubes.
2 tablespoons of tomato past.
200 grs. peas.
2 cups red wine.
2 cups olive oil.
PREP WORK
Lot's of prep work so get busy and do it before you even think of starting this recipe.
The more you prep before starting the actual cooking.The easier everything else goes.
Nothing is worse than starting a recipe and having to stop everything to peel and chop an onion. Start by cutting the beef into 2 cms. cubes. Next chop the onions.
The leeks must be well rinsed before using so you can wash them first and then chop or chop and wash. When chopping, use all the white part and about 2 cms. of the green.
Peel the carrots and cut them into 1 cm cubes.
Have you beef stock and red wine ready to go.
Prepare the onions by boiling them for 5 minutes in olive oil.
HOW TO MAKE
To stir the beef in the pan until all sides are browned. Season whit salt and pepper. When finished, transfer to your large cooking pot.
Add the onions, leeks, carrots, peas to the pan, cook over medium high heat for aproximately 5 minutes.
Remove the vegetables and reserve in a large bowl.
Add the red wine to the cooking pot, then the beef stock.
Add tomato paste, cook for a couple of minutes.
Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
Add the reserved vegetables and continue cooking until the meat is tender. (aproximately 30 minutes).

Ingredients
-A back of tune (approximately 500 gr). You can ask in the market fresh back of tune
-Canary red sauce. If you want you could prepare it.

AREPA PERICO (4 PEOPLE)
Ingredients:
-Pre-cooked white maize flour
-glass of water
-butter
-salt
-1 onion
-2 tomatoes
-2 eggs
Utensils:
-Bowl
-2 Frying pans
-tweezers
STEP 1: spill the flour on the bowl with butter and salt. Knead all toguether until you feel the flour almost doughy.
STEP 2: Chop the onion and the tmatoes and beat de eggs
STEP 3: Introduce in the frying pan the three ingredients and don't stop removing . When the mixture is compacted stop cooking.
STEP 4: Take in your hand a little ball of flour and move in circles and finally squash this ball of flour and introduce it at the frying pan . The arepa will be cooked when its colour is toasted.
STEP 5 : Open the arepa with a knife and refill it with the mixture(Perico)
Finally serve and enjoy this typical Venezuelan food.
FRIED RICE
2 PEOPLE
INGREDIENTS:
-180 gr rice
-150 gr peeled prawns
-50 gr green peas
-1 carrot
-2 slices of ham
-2 eggs
-olive oil
-salt
step 1.Boil a litre of water.Add rice and 1/2 teaspoon with salt.
When the rice is done drain in a colander.
Step 2. Put 5 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and saute the prwns.Add the rice and stir them.
Step 3.Boil water,add the peeled carrot, green peas and a little salt.Boil for 10 minutes.
Step 4.Put a teaspoon in a frying pan and beat two eggs with a little salt.
Step 5. Cut slices of ham and separate.
Step 6.Cut the carrot in cubes.
Finally add all ingredients and serve in a bowl.

Ingredients for four persons:
-six or seven clovers of garlic
-one small red pepper or half big red pepper
-300 grams of sliced squid
-300 grams of cut chicken
-two chopped tomatoes
-eight king prawn
-eight washed mussels
-two cups of rice
-four cups of water
-a trickle of oil

-paella dish, wok o big frying pan

Directions:
- wash and slice the pepper and the garlic
- put the oil into a warmed frying pan, add pepper and garlic and cook for three minutes on medium heat.
- then put into the pan sliced squid and chikcken and stir fry for five minutes
- add tomatoes and stir fry for three minutes
- add the water and, when it was boiling, add the rice on hight heat. Season with salt. Cook around ten minutes on medium heat.
- then put into the pan the king prawns and the mussels and cook ten minutes more.
- Before turn off heat, taste the rice. If the rice is hard, cook for a couple of minutes.
And this is all. You must wait a minutes before serving. Enjoy!
CHICKEN WITH APPLES by Sandra B
Ingredients.:
1/2kg chicken daced, 4/5 diced apples, 2tbspoon oil, 2 choped garlics, 1/2 glass of white wine or 1/2 bottle of Appleltiser, salt and pepper.
How to make it.:
Put the oil and cook the garlic in a saucepan, add the chicken and season it.
Fry for a few minutes then add the apples and the white wine or the appleltiser.
Place the lid and let it simmer ten or fifteen minutes and it´s ready to eat it with diced fryed potatos.

INGREDIENTS FOR FOUR PEOPLE.
INGREDIENTS:
o 220 gr chocolate
o 120 gr butter
o 200 gr brown sugar
o 100 gr white sugar
o 140 gr flour
o 2 eggs
o 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
o 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

RECIPE:
STEP 1: In a saucepan the butter and half the chocolate and melt.
Once melted let cool.
