BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS
200 G DARK CHOCOLATE
100 G SUGAR
150 G BUTTER
150 G FLOUR
150 G CHOPPED WALTNUTS
3 EGGS
A PINCH OF SALT

MELT THE CHOCOLATE AND THE BUTTER OVER ABOUT 5'.
LEAVE IT TO COOL
ADD THE EGGS AND THE SUGAR.
MIX WELL
ADD THE FLOUR, THE SALT AND THE WALNUTS. STIR THE MIXTURE.
BAKE IT FOR 20'-25'IN A PREHEAT OVEN AT 200ºC

SOYA BURGER VEGETABLE BURGER

Step 1:
You will need:
1/2 leek chopped
1 small spoon turmeric
2 small spoon olive oil
100 g dry soya
¼ glass water
2 spoon flour of chickpea
1 small spoon salt
1 small spoon oregano or parsley chopped
3 or 4 spoon olive oil
1 frying pan
1 woonden spoon
1 bowl
1 spoon

Step 2:
Hidrated the soya
To put the soya in soak 15 minutes early.

Step 3:
Fry leek
Prepare frying pan with two spoons of oil and fry the leek with turmeric for 3 minutes.

Step 4:
Combine leek, soya, flour.
Place the soya, leek, parsley chopped and flour into a bowl and combine it all together.

Step 5:
Form the burger
Take a portion of mix and to form burger.

Step 6:
Fry burguer
Prepare frying pan with 3 or 4 spoons of olive oil ann fry the burger on the one hand and the other hand.

Pulses: Scramble of peas

Step 1:
You will need:

•One bag of peas
•One small onion
•3 tbsp butter
•2 tbsp olive oil
•50 g iberico ham
•salt
•1 wooden spoon
•1 frying pan
•1 bowl
•1 colander

Step 2:
Cook the peas.

Prepare a bowl of bowling water and season with salt. Put the peas into the bowl and wait 7 minutes.

Step 3:
Poach the onion and the ham

Cut the onions and put in a fry pan with the olive oil, then put the chopped ham and stir with the wooden spoon.

Step 4:
Drain the peas

When the peas are ready, transfer it into a colander and remove the liquid.

Step 5:
Stir all the ingredients

Put the peas into the frying pan and stir. Add 2 tbsp of butter and stir fry. Salt and it is ready to be eaten.

COUS COUS WITH WALNUTS AND RAISIN

Hello there! Here it goes an easy, quick and healthy recipe I’ve been using during this week,
hope you like it.

First all, you’ll need:
. 1 glass of cous cous
. 1 glass of water
. vegetables (all the vegetables you like to prepare a salad)
. a bunch of raisins and walnuts
. olive oil (quantity you think is good enough for you)
. salt (quantity you think is good enough for you)
. curry (it doesn’t matter if you don’t want to use it)
. 1 knife
. 1 pan
. 1 big bowl to prepare the salad

Step 1:
Alright, begin pouring a filled glass of water into the pan and season with salt, olive oil and curry, then put the pan on the heat source and wait until the boiling point.

Step 2:
While you’re holding on to water comes to the boil, take all your favorites vegetables to prepare a salad and chop up all them (use the big bowl to place them into and mix them well, don’t forget to add the raisins and walnuts as well).
After that, dress the salad to your liking.

Step 3:
This part of the recipe is the last one so turn off the heat source and add 1 glass of cous cous, wait until you see the cous cous have sucked all the water. Then, mix well the salad and cous cous.

Easy, don't you know?

First of all i want apologize because my recipe is from an internet web(in spanish language) because im not a good cooker...

CREP.

Ingredients:

½ cup milk
3 eggs
1 cup flour
3 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
30 grams melted butter
½ cup water

Preparation:

We must mix milk and eggs, add salt and sugar. Mix again some seconds to integrate the whole ingredients, now we will incorporate the flour and beat it. In last time we will add the butter, mixing and letting rest the mass over forty minutes in room temperature. If the mixture be something dense add half water glass in room temperature (About 100 ml) and mix again.

Warm up the frying-pan since has a high temperature. Take a pasta spoon and extend the mixture from the center to the sides while we are moving with the hand in order to help the correctly mixture distribution over the surface, after we must tilt the frying-pan over the bowl to remove the leftovers.
Bake each crepe in both sides and place them in a dish. We can taste its lukewarm or cold spreaded with nutella, sweet milk and butter or even with stewed apples.

Quiche Lorraine with tomatoes.

Ingredients.-

1 sheet frozen puff pastry.
6 bacon slices, chopped.
100 grs. swiss cheese, grated.
250 grs. cream.
4 eggs.
2 tomatoes thinly sliced.
2 leeks chopped.
Salt, black pepper and oregano.


Preheat the oven to 200 degrees c.

Press the puff pastry into the bottom and up the sides of a shallow casserole dish.

In a small bowl, beat eggs and cream with a fork until blended. Season with salt and pepper. Add the half of the cheese.

In a frying-pan add olive oil, the leeks and cook for about 7-10 minutes, then add the bacon and fry other 5 minutes. After that transfer it into a colander to drain the excess oil. Then add into the bowl and stir. Put this mixture into the puff pastry and bake in the preheat oven for 15 minutes. Then add on top the rest of cheese, the tomatoes sliced, and season with oregano.
Continue to bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the crust is browned.

This recipe is delicious with a salad.

Scrambled eggs with cod and potatoes

Ingredients: (for 2 people):

300 grams unsalted flaked cod
Two big potatoes
Two eggs
Sunflower oil


Utensils:

1 bowl
1 big frying pan
1 plate
1 skimmer
1 colander
1 wooden spoon
1 fork
Absorbent paper

Step 1 -
Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly like matches.
Deep fry in the frying pan in plenty of oil until they are crunchy.
Take them out with the skimmer and put them on the absorbent paper in the plate.

Step 2 -
Beat the eggs in the bowl with the fork and season.

Step 3 -
With a little bit of oil, stir-fry the flaked cod until it gets white. Add the eggs and stir until they are cooked.

Step 4 -
Mix the fish and eggs with the potatoes and serve.

TZATZIKI SAUCE

This sauce is suitable for salads, vegetables, snacks (like doritos), burritos, pita bread...

Ingredients:

1/2 cucumber
1 natural yogurt
1 garlic clove
1 spoon mayonnaise
pinch of salt

Preparation:

Grate the cucumber not too small. Chop the garlic clove as tiny as possible. Mix in a bowl all the ingredients and put in the fridge for 5-10 minutes.

CREME CARAMEL


INGREDIENTS
6 eggs
6 tablespoons sugar
1000 ml (4 cups) cold milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

PREPARATION
Beat eggs and sugar slightly.
Pour in milk, stirring continuously with a wooden spoon.

Stir in vanilla essence.
Pour mixture into a pudding basin or ovenproof dish, lined with caramel.

Bake in a moderate oven over another tin with 2 to 3cm of boiling water for about 1 hour.
Remove from oven.
Cool completely before turning out.

GOFIO MOUSSE
INGREDIENTS
150 G GOFIO
5 EGG YOLKS
125 G WHITE SUGAR
1/2 L CREAM
1 JELLY LEAF
3 WHITE EGGS

STEP 1
PLACE THE CREAM INTO THE PAN UNTIL BOILING POINT. ADD THE EGG YOLKS AND THE SUGAR. STIR AND COOF FOR ROUGHLY 5'. THEN LEAVE IT TO COOL FOR AN HOUR.
STEP 2
ADD THE GOFIO, WITHOUT STOPPING STIRRING, THEN ADD THE JELLY (THAT HAS BEEN IN A BOWL WITH COLD WATER). WHISK ALL THE INGREDIENTS
STEP 3
BEAT THE EGG WHITES UNTIL THEY FORM
STIFF PEAKS. ADD THE MIXTURE LITTLE BY LITTLE
STEP 4
POUR THE MIXTURE IN INDIVIDUAL BOWL AND INTO THE FRIDGE.

SERVE COOL WITH ROASTED ALMONDS

FRESH TUNA GRILLED

you will need

4 Steak fresh Tuna
Parsley
5 Garlic
1 Spoon olive
Salt and pepper

Step 1
Wash chopped parsley, peel garlic and cut.

Step 2
Season salt an pepper then put parsley and garlic on tuna.

Step 3
In a frying pan add sponn olive and warm the fresh tuna.

Serve with a delicious salad

FLAN OF APRICOTS

Ingredients
.1 tin of apricots in syrup
.6 eggs
.6 tbsp sugar
.6 tbsp sugar for caramel

Drain the apricots and separate the syrup.

Crush the apricots in the crusher.

Beat the egg yolks with sugar and add to dough of apricots.

Add the egg white whisk.

Prepare the caramel, then add the dough and boil.

Let get cold and finally serve with
the syrup.


I'm not a good cook, but it isn't poison! I made it and it's yummy.

OYAKODON

800gr rice cooked
100gr chicken legs (boned)
8 bunch japanese parsley
4 eggs
200ml dashi stock
4 tbsp soya sauce
4 tbsp mirin (sweetener)

1.Chop the japanese parsley.
2.Chop the chicken legs.
3.Beat the eggs in a bowl.
4.Cook the chicken legs with the dashi stock in a pan: Add dashi stock with soya sauce and mirin in the pan and let it boil. Place the chicken legs and cook them. Then, combine it all ogether.
5. Add the beated eggs into the pan when the chicken is cooked.
6.Add the japanese parsley.
7.Serv the cooked rice in a bowl.
8. Place the chicken with the sauce over the rice.

BREO´S MUM PEAS

Recipe for 2 or 3 persons

INGREDIENTS:

500g Peas
25ml Oil
1 Onion
2 Garlic
3g Salt
100ml White wine
3g Parsley
2 Tomatoes
1 Fried tomato(package)

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a recipient put the garlic chopped, salt, parsley and the wine ,mix it with a handle and hold on for the next step.
Make the 2 tomatoes and the onion chopped, prepare a skillet with the oil and put the light a little bit less than the powerfull.
The onion is the first ingredient to fried, when the onion obtain gold color you can put the tomatoes, down the light at medium and wait 4 minutes.
Add the mix with garlic, salt, parsely and the wine to the skillet, you can see in 3 minutes the ingredients are going to be cooked ,this is the point for add the peas, the peas can stay freeze or fresh there isn´t a problem for the recipe.
The waiting time is about 10-15 minutes.
In the last 5 minutes put a little bit of fried tomato to obtain a good texture.

For finishim yo can add bacon or cured jam.
Taste and enjoy!!

SWEET APRICOTS (albaricoques confitados)

Step 1.- Ingredients
750 g apricots
1 lemon
350 g mineral water
225 g sugar
1 branch cinnamon
2 cloves
Vanilla ice cream

Step 2
Wash the apricots, chopped in half and remove the bones.
Step 3
Wash and dry the lemon. Scratch the skin with a fine grater, then squeeze out and strain the juice.
Step 4
In a saucepan introduce the apricots, mineral water, sugar, juice and scratch lemon, cinnamon, cloves and stir.
Step 5
Boil the mixture and then let it cook over low heat for 1 hour. Sweets apricots should be wholes.
Step 6
Remove from heat and remove cloves and cinnamon. Let it cool in the pan for 1 hour.
Step 7
When cool, distribute them on dessert plates and add a few drops of cooking liquid. You can serve with vanilla ice cream.

HOW TO MAKE A FISH CEVICHE.

Ingredients:

1 g white fish ( filet of sole)
3/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup lime juice
6 cloves fresh garlic
1 medium red onion, sliced into thin rings.
2 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley.
salt and pepper.

1. Cut fish in pieces.

2. In a glass bowl, combine lemon juice, orange juice and lime juice and garlic. Add fish and mix well, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours until it is cooked by the citrus juices.

3. Add onion rings, parsley, salt and pepper.

4. To accompany the ceviche, use nachos or crackers. You will also need put tabasco and soy sauce.

5. Decorate the plate with avocado and lettuce.

FRIED PANCAKE

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teespoon salt
25g yeast
1 cup warm water

Directions:

1-In a small bowl dissolve yeast and 1 tsp sugar in a warm water. Let stand until creamly, about 10 minutes.
2- In a large bowl, mix together flour, 1 tsp olive oil and salt.
3- Add the yeast mixture.
4- Mix and form into dought. Add a cup of warm water if the mixture is dry put more water.
5- Knead the dought until smooth, 1 or 2 minutes.
6- Place in a bowl and cover with a plastic and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
6- Preheat olive oil
7- Divide into little pancake and frie it.
8-Eat with honey or syrup.

Crispy Chicken legs

Sometimes, at least in my house, we don’t know what to do with the leftover of cereals (the final). A good idea is to made crispy chicken with it.

Ingredients:

- Little chicken legs
- Leftover of cereals (like Special K, Kellogg’s, Fitness…)
- 2 eggs
- Salt, pepper and spices to taste
- Oil

Crush the leftover of cereals to make it as flour.
Season the chicken legs very well with salt, pepper and whatever spices you like.
Beat eggs in a bowl and pass the chicken on them, and next on the cereal flour.
Heat oil in a skillet and fry chicken over medium to be made inside. Put aside the chicken on a plate with serviettes to remove excess oil.

Finally serve the chicken legs with chips and salad.

COCONUT FLAN

You will need….

1 SMALL CAN OF CONDENSED MILK
1 SMALL CAN OF MILK
3 EGGS
50Gr. COCONUT SHAVINGS
CARAMEL
BOWL
MIXER
MOULD WITH COVER (flanera con tapadera)
PAN

Put both cans of milk and the eggs into the bowl. Mix well with the mixer.
Grease the base of the mould with the caramel, then put the mix into the mould and finally put de coconut shavings.
Cover the mould.
Prepare a pan of water up to the middle of the mould. Put the pan on to heat.
When de water starts to boil place the mould into the pan.
Wait 30 minutes……..

Let it get cold…….

Serve in a dish and….. ENJOY IT!!

Add the rice and stir again. Place de watter into the saucepan.
(2 glasses for every one of rice)

STEP 5:

Season with salt and pepper.

STEP 6:

When it is boiling turn down the heat.
When the rice is cooked turn off the heat.

At last enjoy it.

You can add so vegetables as you want.

CRUMBLED COD SALAT

Ingredients:

400g desalted cod
1 onion
100g red peppers roasts
100g black olives
8tbsp virgin olive oil
4tbsp apple vinegar
Salt

How it is processed:

We crumbled the desalted cod.
We cut the onion in Julian together with the roasts peppers.
We join the crumbled cod with the sliced tomatos and the peppers in strips.
We dress the whole with the olive oil, vinegar and salt.
Finally, we decorated with some black olives.

‘Fusilli’ with Prawns
The easiest and healthiest meals you can make in 10 minutes
You will need:
(For two persons)
1. Other person
2. a bottle of good white wine
3. 200 gr. Italian pasta called ‘fusilli’
1. 200 gr. of prawns
4. 1/ 2 a head of garlic
5. a small spoon of salt
6. 100 cl of olive oil
7. 3 gr. of saffron
8. a spring of parsley

Steep 1; The wine
Put the bottle of good white wine in the freezer

Steep 2; Cooking the pasta
Prepare a pan of boiling water and season with salt and 25 cl of olive oil. When water is boiling put the ‘fussilli’ and cook about 7 to 10 minutes

It is very important that the ‘fussilli’ are ‘al dente’ so you need to know the cooking time marked by the manufacturer.

Steep 3; Rendering the sauce
Meanwhile, cut the garlic cloves on slices and peel prawns. Then put in pan of frying olive the rest olive oil. When the olive oil is hot add chopped garlic and the parwns. Fry over low heat for 2 minutes. Add the saffron. Season with salt to taste.

Steep 4; The mixture
Once ‘fussili’ are half- dried. Paste misted with the sauce. Stir over low heat about 20 seconds.

Steep 5; Serving
Serve on a plate. Garnish with the spring of parsley.
Open the bottle of good white wine and serve in a beautiful crystal glass.

sweet cheese

12 portion cheese (la vaquita; el caserio)
2 yogurt native
4 eggs
10 soup spoon sugar
2 soup spoon maizena

1- In a bowl we mix well the yogurt;cheese and egg.
2- after we can add the sugar and the maizena
3- Mix well
4-We grease with oil and dust with flour the mould and put the mixture into it.
5- bake it for 40" in a preheat oven at 180º
( we can know if the cake is ready when you prick it with a point and It's clean, the cake is OK)

Recipe: stew lentils.
Step 1.
You will need…
500 gr. Lentils
1 Onion
3 Tomatoes
3 Cloves of garlic
1 Green pepper
1 Glass of while whine
200 gr. Bacon chopped
1 Egg for person
1 Chorizo (Spanish Sausage)
Black pepper
Thyme
1 Bay leaf
Salt
1 Small glass of olive oil

Step 2.
Prepare a pan with one liter of water, add the lentils and the bacon. Turn the heat on and stir sometimes with wood spoon until boiling the water.

Step 2.
Meanwhile in the frying pan put the olive oil and turn the heat on. When the oil is hot, put the onion, tomatoes, green pepper, cloves of garlic, all chopped. When the ingredients are a few fried, add whine, thyme, bay leaf and the chorizo cat in pieces. From time to time stir all with the wood spoon about tem minutes.

Step 3.
Pour the frying pan into the pan (step 1) and from time to time stir until the lentils are done.

Step 4.
Put other pan with some water and put one egg for person. Build the eggs for 15 minutes.

Step 5.
Put the lentils in to the plates and cut one egg sliced in every plate.

.Vegetable Quiche

Ingredients:

- 1 leek
- 1 carrot
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 courgette
- 1 tomatoe
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- 4 eggs
- 150gr. Grated cheese
- 1 frozen puff pastry
- 200cc. Cream



1.Chop the vegetables and add into the pan. Fry a few minutes (the vegetables should be medio-cooked).

2. In a bowl beat the eggs and add the cream, then add the vegetables and mix. Finally add the cheese and stir.

3. Put the puff pastry into a casserole and bake it for 15´ at 180º.

4. Add the mixture into the puff pastry and bake it again for 45´ at 200º

Coconut Balls

Ingredients

-15 Maria cookies
-100 gr of grated coconut
-a tin of condensed milk


1.Grate the maria cookies and put them in a bowl. Add 2tbs of grated coconut and the condensed milk, then mix it all. By doing this we obtain the cookie dought.

2.Take a bit of cookie dought with a teaspoon and make smalls balls.

3.Put the rest of grated coconut in a bowl and then roll the smalls balls into it.

4.Put them in the fridge for five hours.

“ Roast Chicken with onion”
STEP 1:
INGREDIENTS
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 onion soap packet
- Salt and pepper
- 1 appletiser
- butter
- 1 bowl

STEP 2:
Prepare a bowl with butter and place the chicken thighs into and season with salt and pepper.

STEP 3:
Put the onion soap packet into the chicken bowl, above them, and preheat the oven for roughly 15minutes to 200 degrees.

STEP 4:
Put the chicken bowl into the ove and to tumble over the appletiser above the chicken and leave in the oven for 35 minutes.
Serve with a fried potatoes and ENJOY!!

BROWNIE RECIPE

Ingredients

120 g. dark chocolate
220 g. butter
4 eggs
220g. sugar
70 g. flour
2 1/2 cups chopped nuts
1 teaspoon salt
1 spoonful vanilla

How to do it?

Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Mix sugar, eggs and vanilla in a mixer at high speed for 10 mminutes. Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan over a low heat. Add to chocolate mixture the sift flour and salt, an stir all the mixture. Finally add the nuts.
Grease a square pan with butter and add the chocolate mixture.
Brake for 35-40 minutes.

Gelatine of orange.
Ingredients:
- 1 on of gelatine of orange.
- 1 tin of condensed milk
- 1 glass of juice of orange liquid candy
Way of doing it:
We dissolve the gelatine in moderate glass of water (3/4 of a glass), it is mixed by the orange juice and the condensed milk. We beat everything with the mixer(beater) and put it in a tupperware with the base of candy. We put it in the freezer several hours in order that it thickens and then it remains in the refrigerator... And It´s ready to eat!!!

POTATOES OMELETTE VEGANA (WITHOUT EGGS).

This recipe is excellent if you want to eat healthy because is a vegetarian food. I choose it because it´s unusual so let´s see which is the result.

Step 1. You will need...
- 3 big potatoes.
- 1 onion.
- 6 tbsp flour of chickpea.
- 1 tomato, chopped.
- 2 tbsp of olive oil.
- 2 tbsp of salt.

The preparation of the omelette without eggs is similar to typical recipe. You replace the whisked eggs for the mixture of flour and water.

Step 2. Cut some ingredients.
- You cut the potatoes.
- You pooch the onion.
- You chop the tomato.

Step 3. Fry the ingredients.
Prepare a pan and you can fry the ingredients of step 2. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil in the bottom and season with salt. Stir and let it render, stirring for a few minutes.

Step 4. Render the mixture.
Meanwhile, into a bowl, you mix thoroughly the flour of chickpea and water until it´s thick. Season with salt the mixture and whisk it all.

Step 5. Combine the fried ingredients with the mixture (step 3 and 4).

When you finished the step 3 drain well the oil with a skimmer and you add the mixture of step 4. Combine it all together in a bowl and then you stir it.

Step 6. Move the omelette, wait and serve.

Into a warmed second pan add the olive oil in the bottom. Then, pour the mixture and shake softly the frying pan because if you don´t make it, the omelette can stick to the pan.
Wait a few minutes and then you turn the omelette round with the help of a plate. So, this way, you fry the another side.
Wait five minutes and you can serve it.

"Chorizos a la Sidra"

Ingredients:

A glove of garlic
A bay leaf
A bottle of natural cider
9 sausages "asturianos"

Preparation:

Put all ingredients into a saucepan. To boil the sausages with the cider. After that you take out the sausages and cut them, and put into the saucepan again.

You can serve them with bread.

They are so good.

CAKE : Biscuits and chocolat

Ingredients:
Biscuits
Milk
Mouss chocolat
Cream

1 taste:
We put biscuits wettings in milk in a recipient.
2 taste:
We put the mouss chocolat in the biscuits. Then we put biscuits again.
3 taste:
We put the cream in the biscuits.
Then we put biscuits again.
4 taste:
We repeat the 2 taste
5 taste:
We put the cake in the fridge and the next day we eat it.
